Here are the happenings around the Cluff House:

This guy turned another year older. We made him a special dinner consisting of Mongolian Beef, fried rice, sesame noodles, and his favorite cake, vanilla cake with chocolate frosting.

Look at all that smoke! 39 candles worth. You heard me. 39, but boy do I love him. Words cannot express. We celebrated 16 years of marriage just a few days later on 11/11/11. I would have made a wish, but I already have my hearts desire. Mushy? Yes. True? Very.

We have been dressing our house for the Holidays. One of my favorite activities of all time. Not really. But I sure do enjoy it when it is all up.

This little lady is making us work hard, and question our parenting skills every. single. day.

She is also the reason we count our blessings. What JOY she has brought to our home. Gwennie (Ginnie, as she calls herself) loves her babies. ALL OF THEM. She carries around 6-8 all the time. Always naked.

She doesn't like me to do anything without her. Including excersize. This is my attempt to do sit ups. Will I ever be skinny? Not while Gwen is around.

The annual Pie& Pajamas. This is hands down our favorite activity of the season (besides all the spiritual stuff, of course). We will do it several more times before the new year.

See all those kids? Don't they look even more delicious than the pies behind them ? They are, and sweeter too. Mushy? Yes. True? Very.

Gwennie loved her dad's pie the best. Better for me.

Cooper had to bring Gingerbread Fred along because his class is learning about traditions. We later made Fred his own pajamas complete with fuzzy slippers. I think Fred thoroughly enjoyed himself. He had the candy cane pie.

Grandma and grandpa Bowen AND grandma and grandpa Cluff do The Twelve Days of Christmas every year. Boy does it motivate these kids to get up in the morning. My kids absolutely love it.

Why yes, we do have the most awesome grandparents in the world. Thank you for asking.

Hokenberry, The Elf had made his apperance. He is a naughty elf. We find him in all sorts of places each morning. The kids are enjoying this tradition very much.

Our Christmas season is off to a rousing start. We have watched every single Christmas Netflix movie, dumb ones and all. The music is playing, the candles are burning, the fire is burning, and the cinnamon rolls are in the oven (oh and the refrigerator is not getting cold enough, and there is dirt in our water, and I might have gained a couple pounds). What a wonderful time of year!
